Initial Conversation and Needs Assessment
Coaching begins with an initial conversation to ensure there is a good fit.
360 Feedback and Action Plan
We get feedback from key stakeholders on targeted coaching areas plus what success looks like. With the support and assistance of the coach, the client completes a personal action plan.
The coach and the client continue conversations about the action plan, starting with six to nine months and potentially continuing as higher levels are achieved.

The program starts with a free 30 minute health history consultation and is then custom designed to fit each individual's needs and resources.

Individual coaching programs are six months in duration with an initial consultation and on-going meetings. We work together on specific actions and dive into understanding your true interests and passion. Then we assess how your current life aligns with what you want, finding opportunities to better align yourself with your goals. Janel has done this work and understands potential obstacles that may hinder our progress. She has a unique ability to use logic and humor to identify possibilities and uncover a life where people experience more joy.
